Sandra Irwin

Sandra Gail Irwin, 72, passed from this life on April 24, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, OK. Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery.

Sandra was born on February 2, 1947 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Clifford and Myra Lee (Strickland) Hooper. She graduated from Blackwell High School and also Oklahoma State University where she earned a BS in Accounting and a BS in Psychology. Sandra married William Irwin, III and they were later divorced. Sandra worked as an Office Manager most of her life. She was also in Real Estate. Since 1993, she has volunteered for Early Settlement. She was a mediator and also helped in the office.

Her parents preceded her.

Survivors include her children Derek (Julia) Irwin and Mozella Irwin-Smith; grandchildren Julian, Alex, Aurora, Jagriti, Brandt and Marissa; siblings, Brian (Brenda) Hooper, James (Beth) Hooper and Sharon (Glen) Hoecker.

Serving as pallbearers will be Derek Irwin, Julian Irwin, Brandt Smith, Alex Irwin, Brian Hooper and Bryan Ward.
