Looking Back- Thinking Forward: We must support our community

O P E N I N G STATEMENT: Spending Spree? Scary words when coming from our national leaders. Our nation could be at a breaking point. They are talking about a national debt in the trillions of dollars. (This could be a serious damage to our economy, still another danger is the thousands of illegal immigrants following into our nation.)

Worst case scenario: No one seems to know the unknown factor of increased inflation or the true results of a long-term pandemic! It is demoralizing to say the least.

I urge everyone to watch the news carefully and don’t take anything for granted, also to not lose hope and faith. We also must hold up for the rule of law and support our first responders and police.

PROVERBS 27-9: ointment and perfume delight the heart, and the sweetness of a man’s friend gives delight by hearty counsel.

DAYLE VERB: Yesterday’s the past, tomorrow is the future, but today is a gift, that is why it is called the present.

PASTOR’S POINT: The most important prayer in the world is just two words, “Thank You!”

FUNNY-FACT: I’ve learned that there is no situation so bad that losing our temper will not make it any worse.
