Kenneth Wayne Taylor
Kenneth Wayne Taylor, 42, passed suddenly on October 12, 2022. Kenneth was born on September 29, 1980, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Sherry and James Taylor. He moved to Blackwell with his mother at a young age. He attended Blackwell Public Schools.
Kenneth loved to spend time with his family and friends, including his dog Titan. He never met a stranger, or a mirror he didn’t like. He loved to laugh and tease. When he found something to tease you about, he would never let it go. He was very particular about certain things, including the way his clothes fit or were worn. He also enjoyed wood working and making different projects. He loved working with his hands, working several construction jobs and at Starr Lumber. Earlier this year he moved to Muldrow, Oklahoma and was working at Foresgren in Fort Smith Arkansas at the time of his death.
Kenneth is survived by his mother and stepfather Sherry Taylor and Danny Honeycutt; brother Michael Taylor and sister Tonya Wyant (Rodney); along with five nieces, a nephew and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is also survived by his long-time partner Crystal Gooden, their dog Titan, and her father Jim Gooden.
He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Charles and Bonnie Taylor of Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Robert and Opal Beard of Blackwell, Oklahoma; Aunt Patsy Beard and Uncle Gary Beard; cousins Kenny Beard Jr, Jimmy Dale Summers, and Jimmy Don Coatney.
There will be a casual celebration of life gathering at 918 W Dewey in Blackwell on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
