Larry D. Bell
Larry D. Bell, Jr, age 55, of Jamestown, Kansas, left this earthly life on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. He was born in Enid, Oklahoma on August 7, 1967 to Larry Bell Sr. and Dorothy (Herring) Rhea. Larry was raised in Blackwell, OK and attended Blackwell schools. Larry was an extremely hard worker and a jack of all trades. He later owned and operated his own mechanic shop and a roofing company. To many he was the hardest worker they had met and that is where his nickname “The Flash” came from because no one could work faster or harder than he did. Larry’s hobbies included mechanic work, fishing, he loved his bird and dogs. He attended the Cowboy Church of Concordia, KS. He is loved and survived by his son, Justin Bell, Blackwell, OK, daughter, Chelsea Bell, Blackwell, OK; stepchildren, Victoria Kreutzer & husband Rick of Hays, KS & Michael Vance of Blackwell, OK. Grandchildren: Jaden, Molly, Samuel, Skylee, Lawrence, Tori, Rick, Zackary, Haylee, Billy, Shyle, & Dakota. Parents Larry Bell Sr. and Dorothy Rhea, Blackwell, OK. Two sisters Valorie Marlow & husband Gary and Rebecca Self & husband Roy. Two brothers, Tony Bell and wife Autumn and Rodger Bell & wife Kara. He was preceded in death by one brother, Albert Bell of Blackwell, OK. Larry’s wishes were to be cremated and a private family service will be held at a later time.
