Patricia Dawn Cooper
Patricia Dawn Cooper passed away on July 23, 2023 at 48. She was born November 7, 1974 to Jerry J.W. and Cecelia Joyce (Pendland) Cooper. She was also welcomed into the world by her big sister Tammy Cooper-Miramontes.
Patricia attended Blackwell Public Schools all her life, graduating in 1993 as a married new mother to her precious baby girl Bethany Blaire.
Patricia was preceded in death by Noble and Nora Pendland, Ralph and Margaret Davis, Jerry Cooper and Cecelia Joyce Nichols.
She leaves behind one sibling, Tammy Miramontes; two daughters Bethany Barnett and Kira Bennett; and one son Todd Bennett as well as two nephews, one niece, four great nephews, four great nieces, and countless other cousins, aunts, uncles, and loved ones.
Patricia’s greatest joy in life was being a mother. She was very generous, always making sure that others needs were put before her own, and she was always giving with no hesitation. She was an animal lover with a boisterous personality. She always knew how to make people smile and laugh, and was always able to make the best out of any situation she found herself in.
She also found joy in being a substitute teacher at Medford Head Start.
Patricia was also a lifelong member of the Nazarene Church in Blackwell.
Memorial services will be held at the Nazarene Church in Blackwell on September 15 at 2 p.m.
