Darsey Lorriane (Murray) Buxton

It is with heavy hearts that the children of Darsey Lorriane (Murray)Buxton announce the passing of their beloved

mother. Darsey passed suddenly on November 26th 2023 in the wee hours of the morning, at the home of her

daughter in Pawhuska, Ok.

 Darsey was born June 17, 1968, in Enid Oklahoma to Deanna (Green) and Delmar Murray. She received her

education in Enid, and after graduation she met George Munroe. They relocated to Kay County and together had one

daughter. Darsey remained in Kay County and had three more children. 

 She devoted her life to taking care of others and was a proud grandma and mother. 

 Darsey is survived by her four children, Ashley Munroe of Pawhuska, Ok, Wesley Buxton of Ponca City, Ok, Breanna

Buxton of Blackwell, Ok and Madilyn Orr of Ponca City. Along with her 8 grandchildren, Greysin, Jocelynn, Gabriel,

Soloman, Lance, Liem, Wrangler, and George B. 

  Darsey was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters. 

  A celebration of Life is planned for Saturday December the 9th at Noon in the community room at the Top of

Oklahoma Museum in Blackwell, Ok. Family will be there until 2pm to receive friends.
