NOC Arts Adventure starts July 15; Scholarships available for Blackwell kids

Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa is once again gearing up to host their annual Arts Adventure Camp which will be held July 15-18 with 13 different classes offered in

the arts.

The camp runs from 1 pm - 5:15 through the week and is offered to incoming 6th graders through just-graduated high school seniors.

The cost of the camp is $125 before June 7. After June 7 the cost is $150. Scholarships are available including one specifically for Blackwell students.

The camp offers students the opportunity to learn a variety of art forms from professional artists from NOC and from across the state.

An end-of-camp Showcase will be presented where students’ works will be displayed and performed.

Classes offered this year include: Board Game, Design, Cartooning, Digital Escape Room, Drawing Fundamentals, Figure Dancing, Hip Hop Dance, Jewelry and Ornament Making, Music Theatre Dance, Musical Theatre, Painting, Song Cover and Recording, Video Production, and Vocal Exploration.
