Betty Lou Ropp, 81, of Ponca City, passed away on October 25th after a long and fulfilling life.
Betty was born in Tonkawa on January 2, 1943.After Betty attended Tonkawa High School, she married Barton, during their marriage they had four children: Stanley, Debra, Cheryl, and Linda.
In 2008, Betty retired and spent her time enjoying her family and friends, crocheting, drawing, crafting, and painting. Betty loved attending alumni banquets and of course gifting her hand-crafted angels.
Betty was predeceased by her parents, Gerald and Opal Clawson, her son Stanley, and daughter Linda.
She is survived by her sister Jean Hatcher and her son Gerald, her children: Debra and Cheryl, her Grandchildren: Aaron, Laura, Ian, Derek, and Hunter; Great-Grandchildren: Mathew, Maverick, Maddox, and Eden May.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Harvest Hall on December 7th from 1 to 3pm. Graveside services at Tonkawa Cemetery will be announced later.
