Born on October 13, 1947, in Alva, Oklahoma, to Joseph and Fannie (Dobbs) Kenemore. He grew up in Blackwell, Oklahoma and graduated in the class of 1965.

Terry, a man of routine, embodied meticulousness in all aspects of life. His love for keeping things organized was only surpassed by his love for music and military history. He was the drummer for Allen Lee and the Legends in his younger days, displaying his fun-loving nature and his fondness for rock and roll, particularly Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. After high school, Terry proudly served in the Army National Guard in Oklahoma as a cook, a testament to his reliable nature. Terry enjoyed a fulfilling 33-year career in the railroad industry, serving as a conductor primarily for the Santa Fe Railroad, with stints at the Southern Pacific, Rock Island, and Frisco lines.
His routine trips to Penny's Diner and his love for sipping on coffee all day were among his most cherished activities. Terry was also known for his sharp wit, big smile, and his playful teasing of those he loved.
