March 25, 2026

Dustin Erick Brown, age 40, passed away unexpectedly on March 16, 2026. Dustin was born on January 18, 1986, in Ponca City to Rick and Connie Brown. Dustin grew up in Blackwell before moving to Bowling Green Kentucky. He graduated from Lighthouse Academy in 2004. In 2008 his first child, Addyson, was born in Bowling Green, KY. Dustin returned to Blackwell in 2010 and continued to work in the oilfield until he bought the Wynn Tree Trimming business. In 2012 he married Audrey and welcomed his stepdaughter, Jeslyn Day into his life. In 2013, his son Brantley was born. Dustin later sold the tree trimming business and went to work for Alexander Flooring before finding his true passion at Day Farms.

Dustin enjoyed dirt track and figure eight racing with his dad and friends and even encouraged his daughter, Jeslyn, to try it. You could catch Dustin coaching his son, nephews, and other local kids in summer league baseball and in wrestling. He was Brantley’s favorite fishing buddy. He was always down for a cold beer with his cousins and friends. His love for smoking meats was something that made him happy and every chance he got there would be food smoking on the grill or smoker. Dustin’s kids were his world, and he loved them like no other. He bragged about them to everyone every chance he got.
